Hiking and Mountain Biking Trail #6
Range Study Loop

Type: Loop   Rating: Intermediate   Length: 10 miles   Riding Time: 2 hours

Directions:
From Vernal, head north along US 191 for 24 miles. On the right and just off the highway is the signed trailhead. Park here. Pedal through the gate and continue along the double track dirt road, heading southeast. After about four miles of easy cruising, the trail bottoms out in a draw. Take a sharp right and climb out of the draw along a steep hill for about 1/3 mile. After this climb, the trail gradually ascends for the next 5 miles, leveling off just before the trailhead where the loop ends.
