Although it isn’t a state park, Freestone Legacy Walking Park is certainly a fun place to hang out. Freestone Legacy Walking Park is a huge chunk of grassy land that has dozens of trees to relax by and enjoy the shade in Vernal, UT. It also has a water structure that will keep your pet mesmerized for hours.
