State Routes 191 and 40 run through Northeastern Utah, leaving most of its towns and natural attractions easily reached by car. For example, Ashley National Forest and Red Fleet State Park are along 191, Dinosaur National Monument is reached by 40, and Vernal is on the intersection of both roads.
